I am the spiritual leader of Temple Beth Kodesh in Boynton Beach, Florida and Adjunct Professor of Rabbinics at Gratz College. I was raised in Brooklyn, NY, where I attended the Yeshivah of Flatbush before receiving a BA in Political Science from Pace University and a JD degree from Fordham Law School. I received my rabbinic ordination from the Mesifta Adas Wolkowisk in Woodmere, NY and also possess an MA in Jewish Studies from Gratz College in Philadelphia. I practiced law for twenty years in a variety of positions before turning to the pulpit full-time.
I have previously taught government and political science at both John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Pace University, and am a faculty member of the Florence Melton Adult Mini-School. I frequently lecture on rabbinic literature and the early rabbinic era for a variety of Jewish communal and civic organizations.
